This Privacy Notice  describes our policies and practices, in relation to  this website and events that may be organised from time to time part of the Emotional Finance project,  regarding the collection and use of your personal data, and sets forth  your privacy rights.

We recognize that information privacy is an ongoing responsibility,  and so we will from time to time update this Privacy Notice as we  undertake new personal data practices or adopt new privacy policies.

Information you give us: such as your name, e-mail  or contact details are only collected actively should you Sign Up or fill in the Contact Us form, and shall be used only to reply to or provide you with  the requested service. 

Information we collect unknowingly: such and photos, screenshots  and video footage recorded at events organised part of the Emotional Finance project.  These materials are used to record the event and to promote future  events either on printed or online material. By attending the event, you  consent to the processing of such data about you by the Emotional Finance project partners in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Information we collect automatically: As most other websites, we also collect non-personal data, such as IP addresses, the  region or general location where your device is accessing  the internet,  through the use of Google Analytics, cookies and other tracking technologies. This data is used to improve  the user experience and to analyze website traffic.

By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you  by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Our website also uses interfaces with social media sites  such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. If you choose to “like”  or share information from the Emotional Finance website through these  services, you should review the privacy policy of that service. We  recognize the importance of protecting children’s privacy online. We do  not directly target and knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13  without the explicit consent of their parent or guardian.
